Who pays the PayPal fee: sender or receiver?

The fee is deducted from the amount the receiver gets. The sender pays exactly the amount they enter; the seller receives that amount minus PayPal’s fee.

Is Friends & Family really free?

Sending Friends & Family from a UK bank account or PayPal balance is free. But it carries none of PayPal’s buyer or seller protection, so it isn’t appropriate for a genuine sale.

How do I work out what to charge?
